Drum Circle – Shamanic Work

We continue to explore together the theme of change and transformation in this season of regeneration that is spring.

Change is constant, both around us and within us. Staying in motion while maintaining our balance, gently emerging from winter and taking the time to awaken, to marvel, to dare to transform.

 

The drum, its sound, its shape, is intrinsically linked to the cycles of the earth and the moon, to the tides, to our heartbeats.

 

Drumming helps us tune in, strengthens the brain's ability to focus, self-regulate, and develop other brain skills that allow us to expand our range of action and experience.
