Drum Circle – Shamanic Work

We are invited to slow down and let go, to take the time to observe the falling leaves, to allow the sap to withdraw in order, like the plants, to maintain balance and return to gentleness.

1 blanket and a yoga mat

1 small scarf (to cover your eyes)

1 small cushion

1 drum and or rattle if you have one
1 notebook and something to write with
