This workshop is open, without prerequisites, to all those who wish to support their intuition and connections to the Planet.

We will awaken our sensations and channels of perception through physical and movement-based explorations. We will attune ourselves to our own sense of time and touch, using the channel of Clairsentience and its qualities of discernment and communication.

We will activate several internal energy systems and explore their vibrational capacities to harmonize what we experience within and around us.
 

You will meet your guides of light, these benevolent presences that accompany and support you on your path and in your activities. You will learn to collaborate with them daily: how to call upon them, recognize them, formulate your requests, and understand the information you receive.
 

By connecting with our soul, we can interact differently with ourselves and our environment, in alignment with our deepest desires.

This workshop is inspired by the teachings of dancer Lisa Nelson and the geobiologists, bioenergetic practitioners, and spiritual teachers Yann Lipnick and Ariane Bouche.

Baptiste Andrien 

For about twenty years, I have been exploring the relationships between perception, desire, and action, both from aesthetic and energetic perspectives. My encounter with Lisa Nelson led me to “cultivate” the Tuning Scores through collective practices and teaching formats. Trained in tai chi and qi gong, I have extended my energetic and spiritual journey through the teachings of Yann Lipnick and Ariane Bouche. As an editor at Éditions Contredanse alongside Florence Corin, I also lead workshops on editorial processes at work in the body, as well as on the creation of artifacts (Chorédition). ​​
